GeroNikolov.com is an online magazine based web application, where its users are free to consume all Articles, Premium Articles and Projects of the group. In the group users can purchase in game currency also known as coins with which they can purchase Premium Articles based on their interests and understandings.

In case of a problem GeroNikolov.com reserves its rights to bring the application down for a specific amount of time during the issue is resolved and fixed, in order to provide better experience to its users.

In case of a problem which is reported by the user to the Support of GeroNikolov.com. GeroNikolov.com will step in and fix the issue if GeroNikolov.com decides that the problem is an actual issue threatening the security, intellectual property or the privacy of the group or the user him/her-self. In that kind of report (also known as ticket) approval the user who reported it MAY receive a reward from 2,500 coins in their profile.

The group and its original content, features and functionality are owned by ExMoment Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The user is not allowed to reuse the logo, design or colors from the original GeroNikolov.com website. User can ONLY FEATURE the logo with a direct link to the App Store directory or the website of GeroNikolov.com.

User is not allowed to copy or reuse the algorithms behind the service of GeroNikolov.com. In case of breach in the algorithm GeroNikolov.com reserves its rights to provide the personal data of the user to the law authorities in order to protect its (GeroNikolov.com) privacy and the perfect experience of its users.

User is not allowed to create fake (also known as copy-cat) profiles of other people using their personality. This will be considered breach and the users profile will be BLOCKED & REMOVED.

Advertiser Relationship

GeroNikolov.com serves ads to its users only from proven and certified partners of the group. These ads also know as banners are served by external server (or CDN) hosted by the partner of the group. However GeroNikolov.com will never in any circumstances provide your personal data to partners of the group.

Payment Policy

GeroNikolov.com is using the certified Stripe payment processor in order to provide its users simple and interactive payment experience.

GeroNikolov.com supports all of the Stripe payment processor payments through credit or debit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

GeroNikolov.com is NOT OFFERING REFUNDS to its users. In order to provide better experience with its service, GeroNikolov.com may provide free coins to its users if GeroNikolov.com considers that necessarily.

Termination Clause

GeroNikolov.com may terminate your access to the group, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If the user wants to close theirs profile under the Self Exclusion (also known as SE) reason, the user should request that to the GeroNikolov.com support team. The support team of the group will then close and remove all of the user data stored on the GeroNikolov.com servers in a period of 7 business days.

If the user's profile is closed and the user still has unused coins in their profile GeroNikolov.com WILL NOT REFUND theirs equal monetary value to the user.

In order to improve its service GeroNikolov.com reserves its rights to send the user a poll with improvement suggestions on profile termination.

Coins and Purchases

Coins

In GeroNikolov.com there are several ways where you can receive coins. They are as follows:

  1. Each unique share of an Article or a Premium Article will provide you with 100 coins.
  2. Each Nth share of an Article or a Premium Article will provide you with 25 coins.
  3. Each Like of an Article or a Premium Article will provide you with 50 coins.
  4. Buy Coins Package:
    1. Junior Package will provide you with 500 coins.
    2. Senior Package will provide you with 1,500 coins.
    3. Architect Package will provide you with 3,500 coins.

Notification of Changes

ExMoment Ltd. reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the app will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, we will announce that these changes have been made in your GeroNikolov.com profile. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place.
